角度ラベルの移動

【有識者求】tikzのanglesライブラリで，ラベルの位置をもう少し回転させてずらすオプションってあったりしますか…？ pic.twitter.com/ZCeDuZ8gNo

ラベルには中かっこ（{…}）でオプションを追加できます。
